As great and clever a fighter as Bernard Hopkins is, he's never been much of an offensive fighter. Sure, he put on "a clinic", but when Bernard had his best chance to take Calzaghe out in the 1st (after dropping him) he never went for the kill. Plus, throughout the fight Calzaghe was always the aggressor, he hit Hopkins more than he's ever been hit before all those reasons are why in the end, the "white boy" deserved the victory.
