Mets Should Hire Robin Ventura As Manager
Of all the candidates the Mets are supposedly looking at, to me, this one is a no-brainer. Ventura played for the Mets, he has the most experience managing, he would have a better overall roster with the Mets to work with than he ever did in Chicago and he can certainly handle the rigors that come with dealing with the press every day. Just give him a quality pitching coach and he should be fine. Either Ventura or, as Bobby Valentine suggested, Joe McEwing should get the job.

Thanks for sharing this article with us. I enjoy seeing players becoming coaches but wish they would wait until it's the right time. Have a great rest of your day and keep up the fantastic posts.
