Charlie Weis, championed by the mostly white, male sports media as the next great coming, brings utter shame to the once prestigious Notre Dame football program:
South Bend, IN (Sports Network) - Kaipo-Noa Kaheaku-Enhada and Reggie Campbell hooked up for a 25-yard touchdown pass and two-point conversion in the third overtime, as the Navy Midshipmen snapped an NCAA-record 43-game losing streak to Notre Dame by beating the Fighting Irish, 46-44.
The Irish set a school record with their fifth straight home loss. Roger Staubach was playing quarterback for Navy the last time the Midshipmen won in South Bend, a 35-14 triumph back in 1963.
